for property managers and developers, orientations help reduce unnecessary maintenance calls, avoidable repair costs, and misuse-related damage while supporting safer operation of shared cooking spaces and reducing liability concerns. These sessions also increase resident awareness and engagement by ensuring residents know what equipment is available, how it works, and that it is ready for use.
