About the event

Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the fundamentals of quick breads through both sweet and savory recipes. Participants will learn essential baking techniques including the cutting-in method, muffin method, and creaming method while sharpening practical kitchen skills, enjoying fresh baked treats, and connecting in a relaxed, social setting.


Hands-On Recipes

  • Classic Buttermilk Biscuits (yield: 1 dozen per team)

  • Lemon Poppyseed Scones (yield: 8 standard scones per team)


Chef Demonstrations

  • Skillet Cornbread with Roasted Corn, Sharp Cheddar & Green Onions (10" cast iron skillet and cake pan)
