About the event
Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the fundamentals of quick breads through both sweet and savory recipes. Along the way, participants will sharpen practical kitchen skills, enjoy fresh baked treats, and connect with another resident in a relaxed, social setting.
For the hands-on segments, participants will work in pairs throughout class. It's a fun opportunity to meet another resident while sharing hands-on baking tasks and techniques. Each participant is required to bring one 9" or 10" mixing bowl for the biscuits and scones.
You'll make:
- Classic Buttermilk Biscuits
- Lemon Poppyseed Scones
Chef Randall will demonstrate:
- Skillet Cornbread with roasted corn, sharp cheddar and green onions
- Whole Wheat Dark Chocolate Banana Bread
Note: This resident experience is independently provided by Cooking With Gas. All ingredients, materials, and chef instruction are fully funded by Cooking With Gas and are not subsidized by property management.
