About the event
Experience firsthand how to set up a grilling or smoking station with an outdoor gas grill. While enjoying some snacks, we'll discuss the lengthy cooking process. Next, we'll season the brisket with a rub, prepare a simple coleslaw from scratch, and complete our brisket with a Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Sauce. Bring your favorite beer, bourbon, or both to pair with our meal. Price includes all of the ingredients, instruction, recipes, and class related materials. Instructor: Chef Randall.
